Multi Wall Roofing Accessories

A low modulus, non acid toxy silicone for use with polycarbonate roof sheet. As some silicones can attack polycarbonate, a neutral silicone needs to be used with polycarbonate roof sheet.

Capex 40/60 bars for roof pitches of 5deg+.
The capex bar is used where multi-wall polycarbonate roofing sheets, or solid flat sheets meet on the roof rafter. Capex bars are available in WHITE or BROWN, in widths of 40mm or 60mm and in lengths of 3.0, 4.8 and 6.0mtrs. A PVC plastic profile supplied as an accessory to close the end of Multi-wall rooofing sheet. On hollow multi-wall sheet, ventilated tape is applied first to the end of the sheet, then the U profile is pushed on over to seal the end of the sheet. PVC profiles are supplied in lengths of 2100mm, matching the 2100mm width of Multi-wall sheet, however PVC U profiles can be easily cut to size on site.

The Aluminium is used at the egge of Multi-wall roofing sheet, where the sheet is being fixed to side of building, rafter or other substrate.
